The legs of Native & Exotic are carved to suggest two intertwining branches or themes. One branch depicts leaves of native trees, the other leaves of exotic trees. The same branches run into the edge of the seat, where carved fruits from the same tree types can be found. The seat top also takes up the intertwined form, with references to the endless movement and journey of nature, and its continual renewal.
