Current/Recent Work
I'm exploring the amazing landscape around Postling, Kent through drawings and watercolours, trying to express something of the ancient embodied life energy that I feel so strongly there.
Below are some of examples.

Accumulations
In February this year cellist Russell Kito added his voice to a number of the pieces in this project.
Below are the six tracks. (Best heard with decent headphones)

Blean Oaks
I've been walking The Blean, my local woods, for decades. Since September 2024 I've been taking a sketchbook and making drawings of the oaks and other trees. Below are a few recent efforts.
To see more drawings go to Other Work - Blean Oaks
On these same walks I've been making sound recordings which are being used in another project which can be found at Sound/Music - Blean Integrations

Listening Landscapes
In March 2025 I travelled to the south of France to the village of Junas to take part in a week long arts residency, hosted by Victoria Arney. Along with artists from Switzerland, Germany and the UK we worked both collectively and individually in response to the landscapes and soundscapes around the village. It was a semi-wild landscape of woodland and deserted stone quarries. The ancient village had a protestant church or temple as it was locally known. We did many sonic and visual experiments both in the temple and one of the stone quarries. Below are four sound pieces I made at the time, and later developed back in the UK. I also did a number of drawings from within the quarry which can be seen on a separate page by going to Other Work - Fragmented Landscape.
